Meet the people who bring their knowledge, experience, and care
to the work of Khair-e-Kaseer.
Engineer Muhammad Jahangir is the Founder and President of Khair-e-Kaseer. He brings experience in engineering, general management, and community service to the organization’s leadership. His vision brings people and expertise together to serve humanity across social, economic, spiritual, educational, religious, legal, and medical fields.
Abdul Rahim Awan brings experience in software company management to his role as Senior Manager Education. He supports education initiatives and contributes to projects across Khair-e-Kaseer. He also supervises the organization’s website development.
Shahid Inayat is the Director of an Occupational Safety Training Institute and an early member of Khair-e-Kaseer. As Senior Manager Rozgar, he supports livelihood initiatives that help people build financial independence. He contributes to the development and delivery of projects within the Rozgar division.
Muhammad Zakir serves as Senior Manager Foods & Meds, overseeing weekly food distribution and coordinating Ramadan ration support for families in need. He works with his team to organize and deliver these welfare initiatives. He also contributes to discussions on the organization’s activities and priorities.
Mufti Muhammad Hassaan provides guidance on Islamic jurisprudence to the Khair-e-Kaseer community. He holds a PhD in Islamic Banking and Finance and studied under Mufti Rafi Usmani. An early member of the organization, he helps address members’ questions on Islamic fiqh.
Dr. Hafiz Furqan is the Director of Dr. Atta Khan Memorial Trust Hospital and holds MBBS and FCPS qualifications. As Manager Medical, he helps coordinate medical assistance for people supported by Khair-e-Kaseer. He also contributes to the organization’s Ramadan ration distribution initiatives.
Abdul Rauf Farooq is a software engineer with experience in an international software company and an early member of Khair-e-Kaseer. As Manager Information Technology, he oversees website development, maintains project databases, and manages the organization’s WhatsApp community. He also provides translation support for its communications and activities.
Dr. Ijaz holds a PhD and has an academic background in Process Engineering. As Manager Coordination, he contributes to the planning and coordination of Khair-e-Kaseer’s activities. His involvement in wider social welfare initiatives informs his contributions to the organization’s work.
Hafiz Nadeem is a Senior Research Officer with an MSc in Physics and international professional experience. As Manager Weddings, he coordinates wedding support initiatives for people in need. He collaborates with organizations working in the same field to support the delivery of these projects.
